Breakker needs something that makes fans understand who he is beyond his physical strength.
The answer could be a character based on confidence and entitlement.
Instead of always trying to look dangerous, Breakker could act like he already knows he is better than everyone else. He would not need to scream after every match. He would not need to tell people how tough he is every week.
He could simply expect to win.

Bron Breakker Is The Biggest Priority
All three wrestlers could benefit from a new direction, but Bron Breakker may be the most important case.
Gable has already shown that a new character can unlock another side of his personality. El Grande Americano proved that fans can respond when WWE gives him something different.
Corbin has enough experience to make a veteran character work if WWE gives him a clear purpose.
Breakker, however, has the chance to become something even bigger.
